This slice of banded chert (Jasper) has black and white/pink layers of folded chert (Jasper).

One side is polished as shown and the back has been left rough.

We don’t use oils or waxes to enhance our stones. We polish our stones by using finer and finer diamond polishing pads followed by different types of polishing oxide.
